running, day 21

If it takes 21 days to develop a habit, the last 23 days have been well spent. I began each day with about a 10-minute warmup and then ran for 30 minutes.  My mother was visiting from Austin, TX. during this time.  She likes to walk, so for my cool-down, we walked about 1-mile.

Oddly enough, my family and I leave for Summer vacation tomorrow.  Nice way to celebrate this life-changing accomplishment.
