If it takes 21 days to develop a habit, I am 2 days away from getting at least 30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per day.

 Repainted the Healthy Mile Trail yesterday.  Afterwards, we ate breakfast at IHOP.  Note the uptick in weight, as I had the Colorado omlete.
